Description

QR.com
Two-letter .com domains represent some of the most valuable of all Internet real estate. There are only 676 combinations of two letters, and a majority of these names are in the hands of major corporations, for example: AA.com, ML.com, PG.com, TI.com, HP.com, GE.com, UA.com, and dozens of others. In fact, our research shows that approximately half of these 676 combinations are currently in use by major corporations - effectively removing these domain names from the market forever. The rarity of these combinations, paired with the obvious commercial uses, continually drives up the value of two-letter .com domains.

As an investor, a two-letter .com represents a prime location on the Internet, and the potential for resale is always present.

These names typically sell for over $200,000 with recent historical sales climbing well into the 7 figures. FB.com was acquired by Facebook for $8.5 million while the IG Group acquired IG.com in September 2013 for $4.7 million. There have also been dozens of unreported 7 figure sales in this market.

The very minimum price that investors pay for two-letter .com domains in this market is between $150,000 and $200,000. More relevant acronyms (that name a real word or product) command up to $1 million and above. Considering that QR.com names an exact industry (QR codes) we feel this two letter combination should be valued significantly higher than the low selling price of all two letter domains.
